At Felpa Flora, each bouquet is a unique work of art, created to last. To guarantee your complete satisfaction and transparency in our relationship, we have established our policy based on the Consumer Protection Code.

 

1. Service Area:

We operate exclusively in the Goiânia - GO region. All our delivery and collection logistics are restricted to this location.

 

2. Right of Withdrawal (cancellation):

According to Article 49 of the CDC (Consumer Protection Code), the customer has up to 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product to withdraw from the purchase.

 

Condition: The bouquet must be in its original packaging, without signs of use or manipulation of the stems that alter the original design.

 

3. Production Defect and Warranty:

If you identify any technical irregularity in the manufacture of your bouquet:

 

Immediate Verification: We request that the customer inspect the product immediately after removing it from the box.

 

Communication Deadline: The legal deadline to report manufacturing defects is up to 30 days, however, to expedite collection and analysis, we request contact within 7 days.

Proof: It is mandatory to send clear photos of the product to our support (via WhatsApp), showing the mentioned defect.

What we do not cover: Damage resulting from misuse, exposure to liquids, excessive pressure on the temples after use, or natural wear and tear from continuous handling are not considered manufacturing defects.

 

4. Logistics and shipping costs:

Exchange due to buyer's remorse: The cost of logistics for returns is the responsibility of the customer.

Production Defect: If a manufacturing defect is identified through photos, the store will fully assume the cost of collection at the original delivery location (Goiânia).

5. Refund Options:

After the product is picked up and technically analyzed (which takes up to 3 business days after collection), the customer may choose one of the following options:

 

Direct Exchange: Replacement with another item of the same value available in stock.

 

Full Refund: Return of the amount paid through the same payment method used for the purchase.
